Royal flush
There are several ways to improve your odds of getting a Royal Flush in poker. One way is to play a draw poker game where you can discard a bad card before being dealt the next one. You have a better chance of getting a royal flush in a draw poker game than in a stud poker game, because you have the chance to discard a bad card if you have four of a kind. If you have four of a kind, you have a one in 47 chance of getting a fifth card.

Declaring a pat hand
